Prosciutto instead of mortadella? And ham instead of cappacolla? Is that what I’m seeing?

Are you from NO? I know what goes on the sandwich. I wrote a post on it. Besides, I used what I could get.

I’ve seen a several mildly different variations on the muffaletta. They all look and taste pretty damn good.

I became very happy when I found the Boscoli olive relish here in Houston within the first few weeks of moving here. I was in the process of accumulating the ingredients to make my own olive relish when I found a jar of the Boscoli minding its own business among the olives and pickles at the grocery store.

I was asking about the prosciutto just to confirm what I was seeing in the photo. Part of the label is missing.

Both mortadella and capicola can be pretty hard to find. I’m surprised you found any prosciutto.

the original is ham, mortadella, genoa salami, and provolone. i felt like rocking prosciuttto. can’t find the bread out here, so i put it on naan.

        shit’s choice.

    How timely!

I made pizza from scratch for the first time just last night! And now I am flavour of not just the month, but of the year, lol!

You italian types sure do love your pizzas, don’tcha? 🙂

I never thought about doing it with Naan bread though. Thanks for the tip!

I have to say, you are truly unusual in being able to cook and bake so. I must have told you this a thousand times already! I absolutely mean it.

Keep those recipes coming, il Maestro!
